Join CUFFH & the Right to Counsel Coalition to fight for tenant’s rights by passing Statewide Right to Counsel & the Winter Eviction Moratorium. There are over 270,000 active eviction cases across New York State with at least 1.2 million households unable to pay rent and at risk of eviction!

Raise the Minimum Wage & Support Workers
Join CUFFH & the Raise Up Coalition because New Yorkers need wages they can live on. With prices rising at the fastest rate in 40 years, higher wages can’t wait. Especially with prices rising at the fastest rate in 40 years—for everything from gas and rent to groceries—and the minimum wage frozen at $15, New Yorkers are squeezed and families can’t make ends meet on $15 an hour.

Our Homes, Our Power!
Join CUFFH & the Housing Justice for All Coalition because housing is a basic human right, but too many New Yorkers live without safe and decent homes. Thanks to a system that favors the real estate lobby and big corporate landlords over tenants and homeless New Yorkers, we are facing a historic housing crisis. We’ve come together to fight for solutions that get us out of this crisis right now, while sowing the seeds for a new housing system that finally puts people over profits.
